This program provides an excellent opportunity for large groups of students to participate in team initiatives while developing skills such as listening, sharing ideas, developing a team plan and modifying the plan to ensure success.

Daily program
- Ice breakers and 3 Pillars of Leadership.
- Students are broken into teams of approx.10 and allocated a country of the world.
- Students face paint their countries flag on all team members before developing and choreographing a war cry to perform at the opening ceremony.
- Each team rotates around the team building tabloid accumulating points for their country.
- Teams walk to Tallebudgera Creek and continue beach-based team activities.
- Students participate in supervised free swim in Tallebudgera Creek.
- Champion team awarded.
